Check-in at Riad Sahar is from 3:00 pm. Check-out is at 10:00 am.
Would you have any request about early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, we will try our best to satisfy your demand, depending on the occupancy.
You will in any case be able to drop off your luggage.
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
For full rental and privatization of the Riad, the following specific Terms & Conditions applies:
– Riad Sahara can be rented in exclusivity for a minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights.
– Booking is confirmed after payment of 100% of the total stay.
– Cancellation 61 days or more before the date of arrival: Free cancellation.
– Cancellation 60 days to 31 days before the date of arrival: 50% of the stay is due.
– Cancellation 30 days or less before the date of arrival: 100% of the stay is due.
– Privatizations for the period 20th of December, 2024 to January 6th, 2025 included are non-refundable.
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
By booking through our booking engine, you will be asked to communicate a valid credit card as a guarantee. The validity of the card will be automatically verified and full amount will be charged.
We do accept payment by credit cards (Visa and Mastercard only).
Extras (transfers, transportation, lunches & dinners) have to be paid by cash exclusively at the end of your stay before check-out.
The touristic tax in Morocco is 2.50€ / per day / per person. It is not included in the room rate. Amount also due upon departure.
Our prices are based on a fixed exchange rate of 1 euro = 11 dirhams.
Animals are welcome at Riad Sahara. One dog or one cat.
You will have to take their personal dishes, food and beds with you.
We can take care of them during the day and you can leave them with us in the Riad is necessary.
